Halls Head Cricket Club take on Pinjarra at Sir Ross McClarty Oval in the Wyllie Cup with an unchanged line-up from the team that defeated Secret Harbour Dockers in Round One of the Wyllie Cup. Joe Slade returns to Pinjarra in the opposition change rooms for this clash which will no doubt be an exciting challenge for himself personally.
B Grade also take on Pinjarra in a return to action at Peelwood Turf in the first round our the McIntosh Cup starting 12:15PM with newly appointed B Grade skipper James Skeels leading a very handy side featuring club legends Dale and Leigh Burns reigning Peter Wyllie Medalist Adam Gray making his B Grade debut.
D Grade will be without their Peter Wyllie Medallist skipper Jason Young in a round one clash against North Baldivis in round one on Peelwood 2 starting 12:20PM. Lead by club president Ash Wyborn the D Grade boys have a strong mix of youth and experience with a line-up featuring several young guns Jacob Barnes and Hudson Malingre and a couple of veterans in Matthew Guyton and David Allen.
The Return of F Troop lead by skipper Simon King sees a side with several club debutants including the two Garbin boys alongside dad Luke and Andre Geeraets and also a couple of comebacks with Darren Jeffrey, Dave Lovell and the infamous Col Birdsall returning after a season off in 2019/20
The Ladies T20 side round out the senior action with with a round 2 clash against arch rivals Mandurah at meadow springs looking to build on a dominate display the previous week against Shoalwater the girls will be looking to their fearless leader Brooke Burns to dominate and back up her player of the match performance again.
